I think we all agree that some sort or Government regulatory system should be in place to protect the public from ignorant and/or unscrupulous businesses with harmful practices or product, but when does enough become too much?

At what point is the financial burden of regulating everything that could potentially harm a human being, harmful in itself?

How much protection ought we to expect from a government "by the people and for the people"?

Can businesses be trusted to self regulate, and to what extent?

Does anyone think Zero regulation is possible, and under what extraordinary set of circumstances could that occur?
